You didn't get into languages to hustle yourself into burnout.

You came here because you're curious, passionate, and deeply human. But somewhere along the way, the industry handed you an invisible backpack full of stones you never chose to carry.

Underpaying. Overworking. Shrinking yourself to fit a system that was never built for you.
This five-episode private podcast is your invitation to put that backpack down.

This private podcast is for you if you're a woman working in languages: a teacher, coach, mentor, or freelancer and you're building (or dreaming of building) a business on your own terms. You're brilliant, probably overqualified and tired of being told to just "skill up" or "be grateful."

You know something needs to change. You're ready to hear what that something is.

What you'll walk away with

The ability to name exactly what's been holding you back and why it was never your fault
A clear picture of what the invisible backpack is actually costing you in energy, money, creativity and confidence
Real stories from seven women across the industry who found their own way to success (and none of them did it by hustling harder)
A framework for building from who you actually are, not who you think you should be
A sense that you're not alone and that the path forward already exists

Inside She's done it:

Episode 1: The Backpack
The invisible weight the language industry puts on women - named, unpacked, and finally made visible.
Episode 2: The Cost
What carrying that backpack actually does to your nervous system, your business decisions, and your sense of self.
Episode 3: She's Done It
Seven women from across the industry share what truly contributed to their success and none of them said "post more on Instagram."
Episode 4: The Story Behind the Mission
The hostess's (Ola Kowalska) own eighteen-year journey through the industry from being told to change her name to sound more native to writing the manifesto that started a movement.
Episode 5: The Way Forward
The four elements, Awareness, Identity, Capacity, and Community, and why the solution starts with you but can't be done alone.

About Ola

Ola is a business mentor, identity and somatic coach, and an eighteen-year veteran of the language industry. She's been a teacher, a teacher trainer, an academic manager, and a business owner and she's seen this industry from every angle, including its darkest corners. After hitting her own burnout at the peak of her success, she stopped proving and started building differently. Language is a Woman is what came next: a movement, a membership, and a home for women in languages who are ready to stop carrying the backpack alone and start building businesses and careers from who they actually are, not who the industry told them to be.

This isn't another 'how-to', empty free resource you'll forget tomorrow

There are no hacks here or no blueprints. No one telling you to work harder or to do more.

This is a mirror. A permission slip. And the beginning of something bigger.
Listen to She's Done It and when you're ready, come home.
