A 3-month 1:1 business and identity coaching experience
for the ambitious founders in languages.
You quit the academy, the language school, the system that was making you small. You started the business. You learned the marketing, built the list, made the offers, and got the clients who rave about your work. People who have worked with you know you are the real deal and you have proved a fair few doubters wrong along the way.
So this is not a beginner's story. You are established. You know your craft, your teaching and coaching style and you know your audience. By every measure on paper, you have arrived.
And yet.
Your income arrives, but it goes in phases. Two thousand one month, then six, then quiet again and you can never quite predict which. You are booked, but the work that fills your calendar is not always the work that lights you up.
You keep your offers selling by sheer effort, by showing up relentlessly, by being available, by saying yes.
And underneath the steady machine you have built, there is a quiet, persistent thought you have not said out loud: This is not sustainable. And it is not the size of the thing I can feel I am meant for.
I call this the B1 plateau. In language learning, B1 is the level where you can get by, hold a conversation, make yourself understood, function. Most learners get there and stall, because B1 is comfortable enough to survive in. Fluency is a different territory and the bridge to it is not more vocabulary. It is a different relationship with the language entirely. The same is true of your business. The next level is not more of what got you here. It is a different relationship with the whole thing.

It is competent, functional and surviving. And no amount of more, another funnel, another course, another fourteen-hour week, is going to carry it across to the next level, because the thing in the way was never a lack of information.
And here is what often sits underneath that plateau. You have started to realise you were never only teaching. Somewhere along the way you became a coach. You held people through their fear and their self-doubt, you worked with their identity and their emotions, you noticed what was really blocking them long before any grammar point did. You quietly built a method that is genuinely your own, even if you have never called it that. You have always done so much more than move people from A2 to C1.
But you have kept describing yourself in the smaller, safer language of levels and qualifications, because it looks professional and it does not ask you to claim too much. The plateau is not just in your business model. It is in the identity of 'just a teacher' you are still introducing yourself with. Stepping into the one that tells the truth about what you actually do is most of the work.
When you came into this industry, you were handed a backpack full of stones you never agreed to carry. You picked up the invisible emotional labour of holding everyone else safe, which makes growing your own vision feel like abandoning the people who rely on you.
You were taught to be grateful for work that does not pay enough, because that is what this industry quietly asks of women in a caring profession. You were shown a version of leadership that meant distancing, control, and hardness and never told that real leadership is built on partnership and guidance. You were rewarded for long hours and perfect delivery, so you assumed that more success simply meant more work.
And somewhere along the way you got so attached to being the good, hardworking, endlessly available teacher that any move which threatens that identity has felt genuinely dangerous.
So you have done what feels safer. You rewrote the bio again and created another content plan hoping this time you will stay consistent. You tweaked the strategy. You bought the course, secretly hoping it would fix the thing you cannot name. Because those things feel tangible and controllable and the real work does not.
Here is what I know after eighteen years in this industry, from every seat in it, including my own burnout at the peak of my success: You cannot outperform your way out of something that was never a performance problem.
Your business is not stuck because you lack a tactic. It is stuck because the model was built by an earlier version of you, for an earlier version of you, and you have outgrown her. The strategy needs to change, yes. But it will only hold if we also change who is building it. That is the work. Both halves of it, at once.
An intimate, high-touch 3-month 1:1 strategy and identity coaching container where women in languages break the plateau their business is stuck on, make the bold move they have been circling and start building it around the woman they have become.

“I always used to be a bit sceptical about investing in coaching services because I thought I could figure it all out myself. But working with Ola has totally proved me wrong. Her ever-practical, honest, no-BS coaching has given me the permission and confidence to act on new ideas, create new offers and push myself to show up in new places.
Thanks to her, I’ve doubled my income from my first year in business, attracted the best clients and filled more than one notepad with ideas. Ola’s knowledge of the language world is second to none, so whether you’re a teacher or you’re working with teachers, if you get the chance to work with her, take it.”

Three months is not long enough to rebuild an entire business, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What it is long enough for is the shift that everything else then grows from. By the time we finish, three things will have moved together, because they were always connected.
We will have reworked the most crucial parts of your business. Not all of it, the parts that matter most, whether that is the offer, the pricing, the sales rhythm or the model itself. And you will most likely have launched or set in motion something that buys back your freedom, a reshaped offer or a bolder move you have been circling for months.
You will have put down the heaviest stones and stopped introducing yourself in the smaller, safer language of levels and qualifications. You will have started claiming what you actually do, the coaching, the identity work, the method that is genuinely yours. This is the part that does not come undone, and it is the part the strategy depends on.
The changes we make will be built from your real life, your actual energy, and your genuine nervous system, rather than from what Instagram says you should be doing. So they hold. You start building a business that works with you instead of slowly costing you, one that does not collapse the moment you take a slow morning.
I’ve worked with Ola on and off for about four years now, and the support she’s given me has completely changed how I see work, life, and the balance between them. I’ve stopped drinking, taken control of my future, and started making braver choices, and while I wouldn’t give her all the credit. (she'd be the first to tell me I deserve most of it 😂), her energy is infectious and she’s played a massive part in that change.
If you’re not sure, take a step back and ask yourself: where do I want to be? What could improve? Because Ola will help you move towards those things or even get there completely.
I came to her for business support and ended up with huge personal growth too. I’m not saying you should replace your therapist with her, but honestly, what I achieved with Ola in five or six hours was comparable to months of therapy. That’s not a dig at my therapist, it’s just a credit to how powerful Ola’s approach is.
What I find most impressive is that often her mentoring isn't even business focussed, it's introspective and reflective, it allows you to take a step back, look at yourself and assess your actions and emotions. But the impact of that is so far reaching, and far more impactful than any business strategy advice.
If you're considering working with Ola then you really shouldn't think twice because it's the best decision I've ever made.

I will put my mentor hat on and give you concrete advice backed by eighteen years in the industry. But most of the truth already lives in you and my main job is to give you the space, the mirror and a skilled partner so you can finally hear it loudly enough to act on it.
Before anything else, we map exactly where you are. Your offers, your business model, your sales system and numbers, alongside your energy, your emotional bandwidth and the identity and leadership patterns underneath it all. You will leave the first stretch knowing precisely what is working, what is quietly draining you, and where to focus so the next three months actually move the needle.
Held on Google Meet. Catalytic, honest conversations where we move between sharp business decisions and the deeper patterns underneath them, in real time.
A space between sessions to bring a win, a wobble or a decision as it actually happens, so you are never spiralling alone on a Tuesday afternoon.
Plus reflection prompts and questions to work with in between, so the shifts keep moving when we are not on a call.
Before working with Ola, I had been building my business for five years. I was constantly exhausted, runing on to do lists... I didn’t know how to truly scale. Deep down, I knew I was meant for more, that I wanted to be number one in the world… but I couldn’t see how without wanting to stop everything every few months.
Working with Ola changed really everything. She helped me reconnect with my vision and believe in it again but this time, from a place of calm and inner power. I learned about the nervous system, emotional capacity, and what it truly means to lead from regulation, not pressure. I don’t just understand it now, I feel it in my body. And with 2 small kids its a life saving approach!
Today, I’m working less than 10 hours a week and doing only what I truly want to do, 100%. I no longer build my business from fear or pretending to be someone else. I’m fully myself, I stand behind my decisions, I communicate clearly, and my team actually thanks me for the changes I make even when it means closing offers or paying them temporarily less.
The strategy part suddenly feels easy, because we did the deep inner work first. I’m endlessly grateful to Ola because with her, I stopped surviving as a business owner… and started leading as the visionary I was always meant to be.

You probably think you know what you want from your business, but much of this will be influenced by what currently exists rather than what is possible. If you want to build a business on your terms that aligns with what you value and the life you want, then Ola will support you in finding your way. And trust me, you're going to build something beyond what you think is possible.

Laura Wilkes
Working with Ola has been fucking great. Honestly, the way she holds space is next-level. It’s expansive, open, and deeply non-judgmental. She’s fully present, actually listening, not giving advice or projecting, but asking the kind of questions that unlock answers I didn’t even know were in me.
What’s been most impactful is the safe, open space to bring anything I’m wrestling with in business and then being guided to find the truth that’s mine, not anyone else’s. The answers come faster than I expected, because her questions are just that good.
This work has genuinely given me permission to run my business how I want. No more chasing the ‘right’ strategy or mimicking what others are doing. Just a big, bold permission slip to do whatever the fuck I want and it feels amazing.
If you’re on the fence about working with her: don’t be. Try it. This is coaching that goes deeper than strategy. It’s about coming back to yourself and creating from there. Anyone would be lucky to have that kind of space.

I am Ola Kowalska, and I have spent eighteen years in the language industry as a teacher, teacher trainer, academic manager, school owner and coach. Most recently I have been doing deep work with founders who are stuck below the size of their ambition.
I have seen this industry from every angle and I have not yet met a woman in it who has not played small for some stretch of her career because of what the industry reduced her to. That includes me. I was paid less than ten pounds an hour as a teacher who was more talented than people twice my pay grade. I was reduced to spreadsheets and level tests as a manager with real leadership in me. As a non-native speaker I had to out-qualify my native-speaking peers just to be taken seriously. And as a business coach I was filed under marketing expert when my work was always reaching far wider than that.
At some point it became clear to me that women in this industry are undervalued, underpaid, and badly underestimated and that they are also the ones with the ideas that could genuinely change it. BOLDER is one of the ways I help them get those ideas out.
Am I a feminist? Absolutely. Not as an activist, but on a practical mission to put real tools in women's hands so they can build a better future for languages, starting with their own businesses.
Working with Ola isn’t like working with any coach I’ve known. She doesn’t start with strategies or fixes. She starts with you.
Through her questions that are deep, unexpected, and sometimes quietly confronting I began to see the patterns that used to drive my decisions. And something shifted. I started choosing differently. Even in everyday moments, I find myself recalling what came up in our sessions. It opens your eyes.
She doesn’t hand you answers. She helps you remember what you already know. And the answers feel like yours, which makes them powerful. What’s wild is how safe it feels. There’s never any pressure or judgment, just space. Space to see myself more clearly, to hear what I actually want, to soften and to come back home to myself.
Even between sessions, I feel her presence. Like a quiet, steady confirmation that what I’m uncovering is real. This work gives you freedom. The kind that comes from finally seeing your truth and trusting yourself enough to act on it. (translated from Polish)

Is this strategy or mindset work?
Both, and that is the whole point. We make real, structural changes to your business, the offers, the pricing, the model. But we make them from underneath, from who you actually are and what you can actually sustain, which is what stops the changes from quietly unravelling a few weeks later. If you only wanted strategy, there are cheaper ways to get it. If you only wanted mindset, you would not see it show up in your business. Bolder is where the two meet.
Can I bring something specific, like a launch or a pivot?
Yes, please do. A launch you keep putting off, a pivot you can feel coming, a new offer you have not dared to price properly, all of it is welcome. We will work on the real thing in front of you, not a hypothetical.
I already have a therapist or a business coach. Is this redundant?
No. This is not therapy, and it is not traditional business coaching. It sits in the space between the two, the place where your identity and your business meet, which neither tends to fully reach. Several of the women I work with keep their therapist and find this does something different.
How much time does it ask of me?
Seven sessions across three months plus the thinking and the small brave actions in between. It is designed to fit a real life that is already full and not to add another overwhelming project to your plate. That is rather the point.
Is there a guarantee?
Not a results guarantee, because this work depends on you showing up honestly, and I will not pretend I can promise an outcome that is partly yours to create. What I can promise is my full presence, my eighteen years in this industry and a room where you are genuinely seen. If you are on the fence, message me first/let's jump on a call and let's find out together whether it is right for you.
Can I talk to you before I commit?
Always. I would much rather you were sure. Send me a message on Telegram or Instagram and ask me anything or book a call with me here. There is absolutely no pressure.
